This animation shows the star cluster M36 alternating between magnitude limits of 7, 9.5, and 11.2 (the three "sizes" of 2sky).
The extra stars are important if you plan to use really big binoculars or a telescope from fairly dark skies. You'll only see these stars when you zoom in to less than a 2 degree field of view.
